Aqua Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic services including but not limited to neuromodulator injections (Botox, Nuceiva, Xeomin, Dysport), dermal fillers, laser hair removal, HydraFacial, microneedling, PRP/PRF therapy, IV therapy, and related treatments. All services are performed by or under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online through our booking platform (JaneApp) or by contacting our clinic directly.
• We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
• Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

4. Consultations and Medical Suitability

All clients are required to complete a health intake and consent process prior to receiving treatments. We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the professional judgment of our staff, a treatment is not appropriate or safe for a client. Results from aesthetic treatments vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at our clinic.
• Promotional pricing and packages are subject to specific terms and expiry dates as communicated at the time of purchase.
